FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

         Is your pricing for one day? 

Yes, each booking pays for a 1 night period where the garment can be worn. Extended bookings will be required to pay extra. 

Do you do try ons?

Yes we do! You can book a try on via our instagram (rentmeoutnz) or email. (rentmeout0@gmail.com). We are based in St Albans (Christchurch, NZ).

Do you stock multiple sizes per item?

Not yet :( In some garments, we have multiple sizes available. Although most dresses only come in one size. Some dresses are very versatile and can fit multiple sizes. Refer to each products description to see the "best fit" of the garment. Sizes vary between brands so we do our best to help you find the best fit for you. 

If my event has been cancelled due to Covid19, can I get a refund.       

You are eligible for a refund if the garment has not been sent out. If you placed an order before your location has been moved into level 2,3 or 4, you are eligible for a refund as long as the dress has not been sent out. If the dress has already been sent, you cannot be refunded. 

If the garment doesn't fit, can I get a  refund?

 As mentioned in the Rental Agreement, you cannot get a refund due to the garment not fitting. We do our best to help you with the fitting/sizing and it is at your own risk to rent something. 

 

 

 

What shipping method do you use?

We always do tracked overnight shipping/courier. Shipping costs are estimated based on your location. You must return the garment the same way. You MUST send us the tracking number on the next working day after your event, if you do not, we will assume the garment is sent late which may result in late fees.

 

Is it too late to rent for this weekend?

No, if you are based in Christchurch, you can technically rent something as late as the day or your rental. Most Saturday rentals can be booked as late as Saturday mornings unless need postage.

I didn't get a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, it may just be in your junk/spam area of your email. If this is not the case, check your order form as it may not have been confirmed.

How do I check availability?

On the product page, click into the garment you are wanting to see the availability for, then select the calendar and find the date you are wanting to check. You can contact us via email or instagram to check as well :)

Do you post out of NZ?

No, we only post to NZ addresses. overseas postage takes too long and costs too much. 

 

 

Do you do extended rentals?

We don't do extended rentals on the website currently, but if you get in contact about your order, I can block out extra time. This may have additional costs. 

 

 

What happens if I lose the return bag? 

Get in contact with us to let us know, when you go to return the garment, please use an overnight courier bag which you will need to send me the tracking for. This is to be sent on the next working day or your rental regardless of losing your previous return bag. 

Do you do postal try ons?

Currently we do not do this.

 

 

Where are you based?

We are based in Christchurch. We offer try ons locally. There is a try on fee of $10.00. We offer 50 minute slots. You can bring friends :)
