FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

         Is your pricing for one day? 

Yes, each booking pays for a 1 night period where the garment can be worn. We do not offer extended bookings sorry!

Do you do try ons?

Yes we do! You can book a try on via our instagram (rentmeoutnz_) or email. (rentmeout0@gmail.com). We are based in St Albans (Christchurch, NZ).

Do you stock multiple sizes per item?

In some garments, we have multiple sizes available. Although most dresses only come in one size. Some dresses are very versatile and can fit multiple sizes. Refer to each products description to see the "best fit" of the garment. Sizes vary between brands so we do our best to help you find the best fit for you. 

If my event has been cancelled due to Covid19, can I get a refund.       

You are eligible for a refund if the garment has not been sent out. Please let us know if your event has been cancelled as soon as you can.

 

 

If the garment doesn't fit, can I get a  refund?

Unfortunately you cannot get a refund due to the garment not fitting. We do our best to help you with the fitting/sizing and it is at your own risk to rent something. We recommend booking a try on if you are unsure :)

 

 

What shipping method do you use?

We always do courier. Shipping costs are $16.80 return, unless you are rural or want Saturday delivery, then it is $21.80. You must return the garment at the post shop over the counter in the supplied return bag. If you do not send the garment back the next work day, we will assume the garment is sent late which may result in late fees.

 

Is it too late to rent for this weekend?

No, if you are based in Christchurch, you can technically rent something as late as the day of your rental. Most Saturday rentals can be booked as late as Saturday mornings unless needing postage.

I didn't get a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, it may just be in your junk/spam area of your email. If this is not the case, check your order form as it may not have been confirmed.

How do I check availability?

On the product page, click into the garment you are wanting to see the availability for, then select the calendar and find the date you are wanting to check.

Do you post out of NZ?

No, we only post to NZ wide. 

 

Do you do postal try ons?

Yes we do. They are $30pp ($46.80 total). The $30 comes off your your rental if you decide to wear it the same weekend. These will be sent off at the start of the week and will be due back the day after you receive it unless you decide to wear it the same weekend.

What happens if I lose the return bag? 

Get in contact with us to let us know straight away so we don't assume you haven't sent the dress back. When returning the garment, please use an overnight courier bag which you will need to send us the tracking for.
